Corporate Development Financial Analyst

- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support corporate development initiatives and strategic decision-making
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments through thorough due diligence and financial forecasting
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans and projections for new products and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and optimization of financial resources
- Communicate and coordinate with external parties, such as investment banks and legal advisors, to support deal negotiations and execution
- Support the integration of acquired companies and the development of post-merger integration plans
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes within the corporate development function.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Development Or M&A Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Modeling And Valuation Techniques, Including Dcf, Npv, And Irr.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders.
Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Market Dynamics, Including Experience With Due Diligence And Competitive Analysis.
