1. Lead the Business Intelligence (BI) team to ensure the successful implementation of data management and analytics strategies.
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Teva's business goals and objectives, and align BI initiatives to support these goals.
3. Drive the development and implementation of BI tools and technologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
5. Manage and mentor BI team members to ensure a high level of performance and professional growth.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

14. Develop and maintain documentation of BI processes, procedures, and standards.
