1. Provide legal advice and guidance on complex corporate and transactional matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decision-making and identify potential risks.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to, licensing agreements, supply agreements, and joint venture agreements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
5. Monitor and advise on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends related to pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
7. Manage outside counsel and legal budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective legal services.
8. Participate in due diligence activities for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
9. Conduct trainings and provide guidance to internal teams on legal and compliance matters.
10. Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
11. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, as needed.
12. Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve legal processes and procedures.
