- Develop and lead financial planning and analysis for the Research and Development division of Teva Pharmaceutical USA.
- Support the development of the division's financial strategy and long-term financial goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision making.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial plans and budgets.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement within the division.
- Lead the preparation of financial presentations and reports for executive leadership.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market that may impact the division's financial performance.
- Effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders, promoting financial literacy and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the R&D Business Finance team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Finance, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of R&D Finance And Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, With A Focus On Driving Performance And Achieving Business Goals.
