- Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance and operations of all Teva facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems
- Ensure all facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
- Oversee the budget for facilities management, including cost control measures and identifying areas for cost savings
- Lead and manage a team of facilities management professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality work
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Act as a representative for Teva in all facilities management matters, both internally and externally
- Promote a positive work culture and foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration within the facilities management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Maintenance, And Safety Regulations.
Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
