• Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance and operations of all Teva facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems
• Ensure all facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
• Oversee the budget for facilities management, including cost control measures and identifying areas for cost savings
• Lead and manage a team of facilities management professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality work
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures
• Act as a representative for Teva in all facilities management matters, both internally and externally
• Promote a positive work culture and foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration within the facilities management team.
