  1. Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the company.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  3. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures.

  8. Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  9. Monitor and manage customer service budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.

  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the customer service team.
  12. Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders on the progress and success of customer service initiatives.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all customer service activities.
  14. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Mentor and develop team members to support their growth and career progression within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team To Drive Customer Satisfaction And Retention.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
