Ensure sterile injectable products are manufactured in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety Policies. Perform equipment changeovers across multiple lines, sanitization (cleanrooms and equipment), line set-ups, operation of all machinery in ISO 5 and 7 areas, and operate processing testing equipment (e.g. gas chromatograph and electronic scales). Perform Catching areas line clearances, label verification, perform in-process fill volume (employing SPC technique) testing, perform headspace verification, monitor filled product PM by conducting in-process visual inspection, collect samples for various QC programs. Communicate status of essential duties and responsibilities with different levels within the department. Accurately complete batch record documentation, all appropriate logbook entries and GMP documentation.
