As the first point of contact for many of our clients, we are looking for someone who can represent our company with professionalism and exceptional customer service.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
  2. Support the sales team by managing their schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, including client information, sales reports, and invoices.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to achieve company goals.
  5. Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
  6. Coordinate and assist with the preparation of promotional materials and presentations for sales meetings.
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
  9. Conduct market research and maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
  10. Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing documents and files.
  11. Handle any other tasks or projects as assigned by management to support the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales Coordination Or Administrative Support Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.
