Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Work with management to define and track key performance and operational metrics, as well as, other key analysis to facilitate decision-making. Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting package with established schedules and with input from the rest of the accounting department. Extensive Balance Sheet and Income Statement review, research and resolve any possible issues/discrepancies. Research technical accounting and reporting topics. Assist with interim and annual audits; complete required materials and schedules. Contribute to process improvements.
