Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical roles at Tetra Tech.
2. Establish and maintain communication with hiring managers to ensure the needs of the company are met.
3. Develop and implement strategies to attract and source top talent.
4. Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
5. Evaluate and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications of the role.
6. Facilitate the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
7. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
8. Maintain accurate records of candidates and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with technical professionals.
10. Manage job postings and job descriptions.
11. Stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
