The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for technical roles at Tetra Tech.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting and a strong understanding of the recruiting process. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical roles at Tetra Tech.
- Establish and maintain communication with hiring managers to ensure the needs of the company are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and source top talent.
- Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Evaluate and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications of the role.
- Facilitate the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technical professionals.
- Manage job postings and job descriptions.
- Stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
