In this role, you will utilize your knowledge of the technical hiring landscape and track record of success to source and recruit highly skilled individuals to join our organization. You will also lead the recruiting process from start to finish, including developing job descriptions, managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling offer negotiations.To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of the technical hiring process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have at least five years of experience as a Technical Recruiter and a strong network of technical professionals.
