They must possess a strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape and be able to effectively assess and present qualified candidates.We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in technical recruitment and has a proven track record of success. The successful candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to source and identify qualified technical candidates.
- Evaluate resumes and assess technical skills and aptitudes of candidates.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate experience and qualifications.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation of salaries and other terms.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure successful transition of new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate communications, interviews and recruiting activities.
- Track recruiting metrics to meet organizational goals.
- Identify innovative ways to build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the technical recruitment industry.
