Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to source and identify qualified technical candidates.
2. Evaluate resumes and assess technical skills and aptitudes of candidates.
3. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
4. Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate experience and qualifications.
5. Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation of salaries and other terms.
6. Manage the onboarding process to ensure successful transition of new hires.
7. Maintain accurate records of candidate communications, interviews and recruiting activities.
8. Track recruiting metrics to meet organizational goals.
9. Identify innovative ways to build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
10. Stay up-to-date with trends in the technical recruitment industry.
