Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for technical roles at Tetra Tech • Develop relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending offers to successful candidates • Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to source potential candidates • Work with hiring managers and other stakeholders to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization • Keep up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and technologies • Maintain organized records of all recruitment activities • Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders • Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and provide feedback to key stakeholders
