Resilience/Climate Adaptation Planner

Tetra Tech is looking for a motivated and creative Resilience/Climate Adaptation Planner to join our team and drive our mission to build resilient communities. The successful candidate will bring their expertise in climate adaptation and resilience planning, as well as their enthusiasm for innovation and collaboration to lead us in developing and implementing effective strategies.We are looking for an individual with a degree in a relevant field such as urban planning, environmental science, or architecture, as well as at least three years of experience in resilience or climate adaptation planning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and with teams, and be comfortable in high-pressure situations.To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter with a passion for addressing climate change. You must also be able to think strategically and have a proven ability to develop and implement climate adaptation plans.
