Job Description

Tetra Tech is searching for an experienced and passionate Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team. This highly visible role will require a candidate who is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and a proactive problem-solver. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector and a proven track record of successful project management. The ideal candidate should have a results-oriented approach to managing and executing complex renewable energy projects from initiation to completion. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field• 7+ years of experience managing renewable energy projects• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and geothermal• Experience with project management software and tools• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for renewable energy projects.
  2. Monitor and analyze project progress to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
  3. Prepare and maintain project status and progress reports.
  4. Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  5. Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders.
  6. Develop project deliverables such as technical specifications, design documents, and test plans.
  7. Oversee the development and implementation of renewable energy technologies.
  8. Track project performance and completion milestones.
  9. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and external vendors.
  12. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
