Operational Technology Engineer

Experience with industrial controls, instrumentation, and programming languages is a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Assess operational technology needs and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
2. Manage and maintain operations of a variety of technology systems, from assessment to troubleshooting and maintenance.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal performance of operational technology systems.
4. Monitor network performance and security to ensure reliability and safety.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on operational technology data to optimize system performance.
6. Develop and implement automation processes to streamline operational technology operations.
7. Set up and maintain network connections, including LANs and WANs.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
9. Train and mentor team members on operational technology processes and best practices.
10. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on operational technology systems.
