Job Description

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Offshore Energy Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing offshore energy projects from concept through construction and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in offshore energy operations and project management, as well as excellent leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a track record of developing and executing successful projects. If you have a passion for project management, the ability to think strategically, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality service to our clients, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field• Minimum of five years of demonstrated success managing offshore energy projects, including experience with the development, implementation, and execution of energy project plans• Experience with offshore energy production systems, including deepwater drilling, floating production systems, and subsea equipment• Demonstrated knowledge of offshore energy project design, development, execution, and commissioning• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and cost analysis• Proficiency with computer programs and software related to project management

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute successful offshore energy projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
  2. Manage multiple offshore energy projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlines.
  3. Develop and implement project plans related to offshore energy production systems.
  4. Analyze project budgets and costs.
  5. Build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  6. Provide guidance and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Monitor project design, development, execution, and commissioning.
  8. Utilize computer programs and software related to project management.
  9. Solve problems and make decisions related to offshore energy projects.
  10. Maintain records and documents related to offshore energy projects.
