Mechanical Engineering Intern

Tetra Tech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Intern who is eager to develop their skills and has a passion for engineering. We are looking for a candidate who has the qualifications and technical knowledge to contribute to our team immediately and is ready to take on the challenge of working in a fast-paced engineering environment. Our ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is willing to commit to a 3-month paid internship with our organization. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and be highly organized. We are seeking an individual who is eager to learn and is passionate about the field of Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze data related to Mechanical Engineering projects
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical engineering systems
• Monitor and report on the progress of engineering projects
• Assist in the development of engineering plans and specifications
• Provide technical support to the engineering team
• Develop test plans and troubleshoot engineering problems
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create engineering drawings
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure successful project completion
