We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Administrator to join our team at Tetra Tech. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a variety of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a deep understanding of the principles and practices of employee relations. Our team is looking for a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills who will help us ensure our HR processes are efficient and effective.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience. In addition, you should have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have a customer-service mindset. Experience with HR software is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a variety of Human Resources functions
- Ensure HR processes are efficient and effective
- Maintain employee records
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Monitor and update employee benefits
- Manage employee leave requests
- Handle employee inquiries and complaints
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Assist with employee training and development
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Liaise with external vendors related to HR activities
- Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices
