In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire grants and contracts process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals and ensuring compliance.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential funders, including government agencies, foundations, and other organizations, to identify grant and contract opportunities.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential funding sources and determine eligibility and requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals that align with Tetra Tech's mission and meet the specific requirements of each funding opportunity.
  4. Prepare and submit grant applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  5. Monitor and track the status of submitted proposals and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Review and negotiate grant and contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with Tetra Tech's policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive grants and contracts management system, including tracking deadlines, reporting requirements, and financial information.
  8. Oversee the implementation and management of funded projects, ensuring compliance with all grant and contract requirements.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with project partners and stakeholders to facilitate successful project implementation.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in grants and contracts management.
  11. Provide guidance and support to project teams on grant and contract-related matters.
  12. Ensure all grant and contract-related documentation is properly managed and maintained.
  13. Prepare and present reports on grants and contracts activities to senior management.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with funders, partners, and colleagues.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Tetra Tech's grant and contract management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Grants And Contracts Management, Preferably In The Government Or Non-Profit Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Grants And Contracts.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Managing Budgets, Financial Reporting, And Risk Assessment For Grant-Funded Projects.
