GIS Technician

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced GIS Technician to join our team. This position requires an understanding of geographic information systems (GIS) and a commitment to delivering quality work. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze geographic data and interpret results using GIS software
2. Develop and maintain GIS databases, maps, and other materials to support project needs
3. Create and modify GIS maps and reports to meet project needs
4. Create high-quality visuals to present data and analysis results
5. Utilize GPS and other survey equipment to collect, analyze, and interpret data
6. Perform data analysis and identify trends and patterns in the data
7. Develop and maintain GIS user interfaces, tools, and applications
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to GIS challenges
9. Provide technical assistance to stakeholders in using GIS systems
10. Manage GIS data and ensure accuracy of all GIS information
11. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
