GIS Specialist

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced GIS Specialist to join our team and help create and maintain GIS data for our clients. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and knowledgeable in a wide range of GIS software and tools, with a passion for providing the highest quality of GIS services to our clients.The GIS Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining GIS data, performing data analysis, and producing GIS maps and related products. In addition, they should have strong communication and problem solving skills, as they will interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.To be successful in this role, the GIS Specialist must have a Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years' experience in GIS. They must also be proficient in a variety of GIS software, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and/or MapInfo, and have experience in database development and management.
