  1. Conduct environmental assessments and due diligence reviews for a variety of projects.
  2. Evaluate potential environmental risks and liabilities associated with business operations.
  3. Develop and implement sustainable practices for clients to minimize environmental impact.
  4. Stay updated on environmental regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
  5. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to develop effective environmental solutions.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team members in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Conduct site visits and collect data to assess environmental conditions.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing environmental assessments and due diligence findings.
  9. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on environmental issues.
  10. Identify potential areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sustainability efforts.
  11. Keep accurate records and documentation of all environmental assessments and due diligence activities.
  12. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  13. Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
  14. Promote a culture of environmental responsibility and awareness within the organization.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Geology, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Conducting Environmental Due Diligence Assessments.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations.

  • Experience With Phase I And Phase Ii Environmental Site Assessments.

  • Strong Communication And Report Writing Skills.
