  1. Assist in the operation of drilling equipment and machinery.
  2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.
  3. Assist in the setup and breakdown of drilling sites.
  4. Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading equipment.
  5. Maintain and organize drilling equipment and materials.
  6. Record and report accurate data and measurements during drilling operations.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  8. Adhere to project timelines and meet project goals.
  9. Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that may arise during drilling operations.
  10. Adhere to company and client environmental regulations and standards.
  11. Continuously learn and improve drilling techniques and procedures.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge And Experience In Drilling Operations: A Driller Assistant Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Drilling Equipment, Techniques, And Safety Protocols. Previous Experience Working On Drilling Rigs Or In Related Fields Such As Mining Or Construction Is Highly Desirable.
