  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Tetra Tech's contract policies and procedures.
  2. Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  3. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and negotiate project-specific contracts.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential contractual issues and opportunities.
  6. Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties are meeting their contractual obligations.
  7. Prepare and maintain accurate and complete contract documentation.
  8. Advise and provide guidance to project teams on contractual matters.
  9. Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth contract administration.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in contract laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
  11. Assist with contract closeout activities, including final payments and release of claims.
  12. Participate in contract negotiations and provide support for dispute resolution and claims management.
  13. Communicate contract changes and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  14. Provide training and guidance to other team members on contract management best practices.
  15. Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure contract compliance and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
