  1. Design and develop mechanical systems for construction projects in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to ensure the functionality and efficiency of mechanical systems.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans and timelines.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all stages of construction, from planning to execution.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during the construction process.
  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or concerns.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise during construction.
  8. Utilize innovative and sustainable solutions to enhance the performance and sustainability of mechanical systems.
  9. Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and advancements in mechanical engineering to continuously improve project designs and processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers and team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records of project designs and changes.
  13. Collaborate with procurement teams to source and select materials and equipment for mechanical systems.
  14. Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Engineering And Design, Preferably In The Mechanical Discipline

  • Proficient In Autocad, Revit, And Other Relevant Design Software

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Standards

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, Able To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Coordinate With Other Disciplines.
