Tetra Tech is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Associate Sustainability Consultant to join our team. As an Associate Sustainability Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their sustainability goals and contribute to a more sustainable future. We are looking for someone with a strong educational background and experience in sustainability, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies for clients to promote sustainable practices and decrease environmental impact.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify sustainability opportunities and recommend solutions for clients.
  3. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to establish sustainability goals and track progress towards achieving them.
  4. Advise clients on best practices for sustainable resource management, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to sustainability and provide guidance to clients accordingly.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sustainability progress and recommendations to clients.
  7. Assist in developing proposals and bids for sustainability consulting projects.
  8. Conduct site visits and audits to assess sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on sustainability concepts and practices.
  11. Participate in conferences, seminars, and other events to increase knowledge and awareness of sustainability issues.
  12. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of sustainability consulting methodologies and tools.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job.
  14. Represent Tetra Tech as a knowledgeable and passionate advocate for sustainability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Consulting Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sustainability Principles And Practices, Including Leed Certification And Green Building Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Clients And Team Members.

  • Experience Conducting Environmental Assessments And Developing Sustainability Plans For A Variety Of Projects.
