Job Description

Tetra Tech is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Project Manager to help manage and support our projects in various capacities. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills. You must have a minimum of three years of project management experience, be highly organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable with working independently and in a team environment. Additionally, you must have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects simultaneously
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  3. Monitor and track project progress and performance
  4. Identify and resolve project issues
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project completion
  6. Prepare project reports and presentations as needed
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  8. Proactively identify and communicate risks and potential improvements
  9. Utilize project management tools and techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  10. Provide general administrative support as needed
