
Administrative Assistant
Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be the face of the organization and act as a liaison between staff, clients, and external contacts. You will be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detailed oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and external contacts.
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the office.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and activities.
- Prepare and edit documents, such as memos, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Manage data entry and accuracy of client information.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Maintain office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
