As a Team Member, you must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of colleagues and customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly. You must be able to work flexible hours and have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
