Tesco is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as Team Manager. The successful candidate will have a positive, proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and organisational skills are also essential, as well as the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
