We're looking for an ambitious, career-minded Team Manager to join the Tesco team and help us deliver outstanding customer service. This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and an eye for detail. A passion for retail and an ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a track record of success in leading teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. They should have a minimum of two years' experience managing teams in a customer-facing role, as well as excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.The Team Manager will be given the opportunity to make a real impact, as we strive to exceed customer expectations and create a positive experience.
