Shift Leader

We are looking for a hardworking, organized, and customer-oriented Shift Leader to join the Tesco team! As our newest Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently during your shift. You will support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team, as well as delivering excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
