
Product Manager - Contact Service
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Product Manager to join our Contact Service team at Tesco. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a passion for delivering customer service excellence and a desire to innovate. We require a Product Manager with a degree in a relevant field (preferably business, marketing or IT) and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar product management role. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a detailed understanding of customer service processes and customer expectations. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer service experiences through the development and management of customer contact services. You will be tasked with understanding customer needs, identifying service opportunities and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the contact service, ensuring that customer queries are addressed swiftly and effectively.
