As a Fulfilment Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of colleagues to ensure the fulfilment of our customer’s needs.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess a great attitude, excellent communication skills and a proven track record in leading and motivating a team. You’ll also have experience in working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities.
