Fulfilment Shift Leader

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and organized Fulfilment Shift Leader to join our team here at Tesco. This role is critical to the efficient operation of our fulfilment centre and you will be expected to lead by example to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standard.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a good understanding of the principles of warehouse and fulfilment processes. A passion for customer service and a desire to work as part of an ambitious team are essential.Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse staff, managing shift rotas and delegating tasks.
