Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fulfilment Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. If you have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a drive to motivate and support our team, then this could be the perfect role for you!The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse operatives on their shift, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time and to the highest standards. You will need to have a good understanding of safety regulations and be able to foster a positive working environment.To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years' experience in a warehouse/fulfilment environment, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills. You will also need to be computer literate with the ability to learn and operate warehouse systems.If you believe you have the skills and experience to become an integral part of our team, we would love to hear from you.
