Sr Quality Engineer

Terumo is looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Sr Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality team, you will be responsible for managing and improving our quality assurance processes and initiatives. You will work with the Quality team to ensure product quality is maintained and improved upon, develop and maintain quality assurance systems, and ensure conformance to applicable regulations and standards.We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or another related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role. A strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is required, as is experience with quality assurance tools such as FMEA and SPC. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and improve Quality Assurance processes and initiatives.
2. Ensure product quality is maintained and improved upon.
3. Develop and maintain Quality Assurance systems.
4. Ensure conformance to applicable regulations and standards.
5. Analyze and resolve Quality-related issues.
6. Perform regular audits of Quality Assurance processes and procedures.
7. Create and maintain documentation related to Quality Assurance.
8. Participate in relevant training and seminars to stay up-to-date with Quality Assurance best practices.
9. Monitor and report on Quality performance metrics.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure Quality Assurance processes are followed.
