4. Keep up to date with the latest medical industry developments.
5. Prepare and submit patent applications.
6. Monitor and track patent applications.
7. Provide guidance and assistance to other departments in the research and development process.
8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the legal process, including patent law, regulations, and court decisions.
9. Ensure that all patent applications are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
10. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when completing paperwork.
