Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Terumo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clinical research and a track record of success in overseeing clinical trials from start to finish. The Senior Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the successful management of clinical studies and data collection from sites. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in clinical research, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in medical device clinical trials, regulatory affairs, or clinical data management is preferred. Responsibilities of a Senior Clinical Research Associate:

  1. Lead and manage clinical studies from start to finish.
  2. Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  3. Develop and implement clinical research plans and protocols.
  4. Oversee data collection, management, and analysis.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintain good relationships with research sites.
  6. Prepare progress reports and other documents for review by regulatory and ethics committees.
  7. Monitor budget and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to other clinical research associates.
  9. Stay abreast of developments in the clinical research industry.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
