Contract Analyst

As an integral member of the Terumo team, the Contract Analyst will be a critical asset in driving our company’s strategic objectives. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail who can review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Review existing contracts and identify areas for improvement.
2. Draft contracts with vendors and ensure accuracy of all legal documents.
3. Negotiate terms and conditions in contracts with vendors.
4. Liaise with internal departments to ensure that all contractual terms and conditions are accurately followed.
5. Monitor performance of vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
6. Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal customers.
7. Provide regular updates to internal customers on contractual matters.
8. Track and analyze trends in contracting and vendor performance.
9. Monitor and report on budget related to contracts.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
