Tempur-Pedic is looking for a passionate and driven Regional Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. This position will be based in our headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, and will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the entire region. We are looking for an individual who is excited to use their skills and experience to help us achieve our goals of driving operational excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
