Fabrication Technician

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Technician to join Tempur-Pedic's team in creating high-quality mattresses and pillows. The Fabrication Technician will be responsible for working in a team environment to fabricate and assemble mattresses and pillows, inspect materials, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. We are looking for someone who is organized and can work independently with minimal supervision.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing environment. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic fabrication processes and equipment is also a must. A high school diploma or GED is required.
