Director, Supply Planning

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Director of Supply Planning to join the team at Tempur-Pedic in our corporate headquarters. The Director of Supply Planning will be responsible for the development and execution of our supply planning strategies, working with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that our supply planning goals are met. This leader will ensure our supply planning is efficient and in line with our overall business objectives.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years of experience in a senior supply planning role. In addition, the candidate must have a strong knowledge of ERP systems and a proven ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and have a keen understanding of supply chain best practices.
