Director, Innovation Accelerator
This individual will be responsible for driving innovation and change throughout the Engage business by leading the strategic enterprise initiatives. This role is responsible for working with cross-functional teams creating the initiative strategy, investments and business case, execution plan and initiative implementation. Drive business transformation strategies using Agile, Lean and Design Thinking methodologies across Engage. Creates a holistic strategy for driving adoption to sustaining the methodologies and continually offering strategies for improvement. Define and manage a sustainable innovation accelerator model and funnel. Conduct data modeling and analytics to achieve an elevated level of performance. Prepare for and lead QBRs, stakeholder reviews and Board presentations. Responsible to “connect the dots”, to identify and proactively mitigate cross enterprise project risks, interdependencies and blockers.
8 years professional experience in business consulting and/or driving change initiatives in a high-tech, corporate environment.
Experience within a contact center/CX transformation organization is required.
Experience working in an innovation role within a large corporate/consulting environment.
Experience in and deep understanding of operating a large-scale Global organization.
