- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Americas region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Oversee the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Americas market, including industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Americas Region.
Strong Understanding Of The Americas Market And Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Advanced Degree Preferred.
