- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and programs within the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
- Ensure alignment of project and program goals and objectives with company goals and objectives.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Engineering Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Engineering, Business Administration, Or Project Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Programs, With A Focus On Meeting Deadlines And Delivering Results.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
