  1. Conduct audits to assess company's compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement compliance procedures and policies to ensure adherence to trade laws and regulations.
  3. Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and provide guidance on mitigation strategies.
  5. Create and maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
  6. Train and educate employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Work closely with government agencies and external auditors during compliance audits.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with international trade compliance professionals and industry organizations.
  9. Conduct investigations into potential violations and report findings to management.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other team members on complex compliance issues.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for trade compliance matters and provide guidance to other departments within the company.
  12. Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management.
  13. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance effectiveness and efficiency.
  14. Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to trade compliance.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including But Not Limited To Itar, Ear, And Ofac.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Conducting Thorough And Accurate Compliance Audits.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Compliance Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Experience With Various Trade Compliance Software And Systems, And The Ability To Adapt To New Technologies And Tools As Needed.
