  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all applicable trade laws and regulations, including export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations.
  2. Monitor and interpret changes in trade compliance laws and regulations, and communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders within the company.
  3. Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable trade laws and regulations, including conducting audits and assessments to identify potential areas of improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trade compliance processes and procedures.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the company's compliance with trade laws and regulations.
  7. Keep up-to-date records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with trade laws and regulations.
  8. Serve as the point of contact for government agencies and external auditors in relation to trade compliance matters.
  9. Monitor and investigate any potential violations of trade laws and regulations and report findings to management.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance trade compliance processes.
  11. Stay informed of industry trends and developments in trade compliance and make recommendations to enhance the company's trade compliance program.
  12. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the trade compliance team.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure trade compliance requirements are considered in business decisions.
  14. Represent the company in trade compliance-related meetings and conferences.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, International Trade, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance, Preferably In A Senior Role.

  • Expert Knowledge Of Global Trade Regulations, Including Ear, Itar, And Customs Regulations.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Trade Compliance Programs And Conducting Internal Audits.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
