10. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in special projects.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
12. Communicate project updates, successes, and challenges to all levels of the organization.
13. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
