- Lead and oversee special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operations and driving efficiency across the organization.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for various projects.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, set objectives, and achieve project goals.
- Monitor and analyze project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in special projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
- Communicate project updates, successes, and challenges to all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Continuous Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Teledyne's Products, Processes, And Industry Standards, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Tools And Techniques.
